Josie Taylor from the UserLab, Institute of Educational Technology, The Open University discusses recent developments in pedagogy. In her paper she suggest that we are 'moving away from the transmissive, behavioural models and more toward the constructivist or socio-cognitive models'. These models suggests Taylor, place the active learner at the heart of activities.
